1. Digital Products

All digital products (including downloadable guides, templates, eBooks, and courses) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to the instant access and digital nature of the item.

However, if you notice a spelling or formatting error before the product has been emailed or delivered, please contact us immediately at [your support email]. We will gladly correct the file and resend it at no additional charge.

Once the digital file has been delivered, all sales are final.

2. Customized Items

Each customized item is handmade and uniquely designed for you. Because of this, refunds and exchanges are not available except in the following circumstances:

• If your item arrives damaged: We will replace it at no additional cost, sending you the same customized product that you originally ordered.

• If there is a misspelling or error on our end: We will immediately send a corrected replacement free of charge.

• If the misspelling or error was provided incorrectly by the customer: No refunds or exchanges will be granted.

We encourage you to double-check all spellings, names, dates, and custom details before finalizing your order to ensure accuracy.

3. Non-Customized Physical Items

For non-customized items (those that are not personalized and not digital), you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of the date the carrier marks the package as delivered.

Please note:

• The 30-day period begins when the shipping carrier confirms delivery — not when you personally pick up or open the item.

  • Example: If your package is marked delivered on the 1st but you pick it up on the 15th, you have 15 days remaining in your return window.

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

• No refunds or exchanges will be granted after the 30-day period has passed.

4. Return Address

If your refund or exchange is approved, you will be provided with the return address and full shipping instructions at that time.
